Exceptionally great service! I walked in and was immediately greeted, and after those few who arrived before me finished, I sat down and got the VIP treatment. Great service, I came in on a Saturday, and I was told it wouldn't be available until Monday. Ok, great I said! Monday I went in as soon as the office was open, and they do open promptly. All my paperwork was approved, I signed my lease 15 minutes later, had keys and codes in hand, and was on my way. I searched 12 other apartments, and Shadow Ridge by far made me feel at home before I even had my place. I've been here for almost a week now and everything is great! I bet my water heats up faster than your place does. The maintenance crew is on top of everything. The landscape crew is outside every day taking care of business. Centrally located so it's less than a 10-minute drive to most stores I shop at. Alright, so I've given you the sustains, and if you made it this far and it seems all too good to be true, well here are my improvements. Build another dog park closer to the office and the buildings surrounding the office. Slowly but surely start replacing the flooring. There is a creaking from the upstairs but it is minimal nonetheless, it might be a no-go for someone who is interested in leasing. P.s. I understand how big of a task replacing the floors would be. I'll leave on a good note though. Unlikely other apartment complexes, where they raise the rent by 100, 200+ dollars for a shorter lease term, not here. I pay an extra $50 for the short-term lease I signed. Great job Shadow Ridge. Keep doing good work! Oh, they are military/veteran/service animal friendly. Happy hunting!
