Maintenance is an absolute joke. They come in and "spray" once a month, yet they talk shit about your apt. The roaches and bugs come back no matter how clean the apartment is. There's a lot of mice around, and they'll run in the kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Sherri never answers calls or texts if you need something. Plus the girls that spray now, they never come on time. They're late, and they don't care about it. Rent being $700, yet they jank up the price after a while and it's bull. A lot of people can barely afford to live, and money grabbers are after them. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone 😬 run while you still can.
