I was in Denver about a month ago looking for a place to live as I'm relocating to Denver for business. I looked at a few places downtown as well as in the suburbs but settled on the Buerger Brothers Lofts on Champa street because of Chloe Bartuska. Chloe has managed my move professionally, providing me with all the information that I needed while I was overseas, providing me with kindness and calm during my times of crisis with the movers and being super, super, super patient with me when I asked dumb questions over and over and over again. I'm still not sure about this move to Denver but I am sure that if it weren't for Chloe I would be in bad shape. Chloe Bartuska is the best. I would NOT be moving to the city lofts if it wasn't for her hospitality and her reliability and her poise. I felt that she listened to me. I felt that she was empathetic to stress of my move. I felt confident that if I needed anything, she'd come through!

I'm shocked by the other reviews here. This building was by far the best apartment with the best management and maintenance team I've ever lived in. Michelle, the property manager, is amazing and was always available to chat and help with anything we needed, and the maintenance guy Jet became a good friend and responded quickly to any issues. Yes, the roof leaked a tiny bit on occasion - but it's a 100-year-old converted factory, and it was never serious enough to be a problem. The units are gorgeous and very well-designed, and the common areas were always kept clean and in great shape. Any time utilities work needed to be done, tenants were notified ahead of time and outages were never more than a few hours. Any issues people had with safety had very little to do with the building or the staff - it's just an issue with that comes with living anywhere in downtown. We never felt unsafe in the building at all. I can't recommend living here strongly enough, as long as you're aware of the area you're moving to. Thanks so much to the Buerger Brothers team - our 2 years there were amazing and we were very sad to go.
