Quick turnaround with approval, maintenance very timely with any repairs. Property manager is fabulous!!!! Neighbors quite and polite. One of the best apartment experiences since I've been in Columbus.

The leasing staff was professional, courteous and very friendly! Leasing agent answered questions, addressed concerns immediately. They promote safty and low noise order at the property. I felt very safe with my grandchildren living here. maintenance was also promp, friendly and respectful.
