Summit Hill is a pet friendly apartment community in a great location on Madison's west side. Choose from studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, many of which are lofts! Some apartment homes feature in-unit laundry for your convenience and we also have some recently updated styles to choose from. Highlights include vaulted ceilings, catwalks, spiral staircases, stunning patios and spacious decks with mature green walk outs, off-street parking and garage rentals. Enjoy professional on-site management and maintenance. This property is adjacent to Elver Park and is just seconds from the West Towne Mall, Woodmans, Walmart and all that Madison's west side has to offer. We welcome up to two pets per home, including cats and dogs (dogs up to 60 lbs, breed restrictions apply). Please note: two dogs are not permitted. A one-time refundable deposit of $100 and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 apply. Monthly pet rent starts at $35 for one cat, $50 for two cats or one dog, and $85 for a cat and dog combo. Your furry friends will feel right at home at Summit Hill!

I have loved living at Summit Hills. The management is very attentive and responsive to any requests or concerns that I may have. They have recently added a gym and a business lounge, which makes living here even better. The area is fairly quiet and calm, with a close proximity to Elver Park, shopping, and the beltline.

Great location, great neighbors, great staff. The lofts are awesome. I can pay rent 4 different ways without a fee, and they just installed brand new card - operated laundry machines that I can pay for with a credit card! Finally, doing laundry is easy! I have a dishwasher so I don't have to wash dishes by hand. I have a skylight - which is awesome, because I love natural light, and there is a beautiful view from my balcony of Elver Park! I love where I live!
