This is a very nice Upstairs 2 bedroom Apartment with a very large full bathroom, good size kitchen with room for a table. Nice size living room, good size bedrooms, and off street parking for usually 1, or 2 vehicles. The place also has a nice partially fenced in back yard for kids to play in. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit, but aggressive breeds are not allowed in the building, or on the property (see the pictures for a list of dogs not allowed). Must have a credit score above 680, or a co-signer with a credit score above 750, clean criminal background check, and no landlord tenant issues with in the last 7 yrs. This building is north of interstate 196 about 1/2 mile Very nice kept up N.E. end neighborhood. Very Close to Downtown Grand Rapids, Grand Valley Downtown campus, and Grand Rapids all to famous Medical Mile.
