I feel sorry for my friends and family that live anywhere but Old Donation. They never receive the prompt, professional, friendly, and educational maintenance service we receive. After 50 years of home ownership and 7 years of renting, we have never seen better.

Great location and beautiful grounds. I have never felt more safe here. Private entrances. Mail placed in front door, utilities included. Excellent office and maintenance staff. Very Clean
