Pamela in particular is fantastic and was always exceptionally helpful. Overall the office staff and maintenance was very competent and would always offer solutions to the few problems we had. My husband and I lived there for a year, well 10 months (we had to terminate early). The property itself is beautiful. The apartments are fantastic with lots of storage. Overall, I would rate this experience very highly.

The online marketing is impressive, but seeing Alta in person blew away my expectations. Everything is brand new. All of the floors plans we are looking at haven’t even been lived in! The staff has been great. Jasmine is awesome and down to earth. Even after she made 5+ trips to the front desk from multiple buildings to get keys because we wanted to see every option available. She was extremely knowledgable of each floor plan and told us the benefits of each. Mr. Nancy was also great and extremely helpful with questions along the way. Shout out to Maurice too for getting our visit coordinated! All of the staff are friendly and personable. If you live in the main building I’d definitely go through the main office just to say hi ! Overall the property is great. The community areas are new and well kept. The area is nice and secluded but options for food and a mall very close by. Overall, our favorite property we looked at in both Norfolk and Newport News.
