New company just bought it. They are completely incapable of making anything a positive experience. The only upside is they're easy to get ahold of which is completely eclipsed by the fact that they're extremely hard to work with. Like seriously they don't give a f. Be careful when applying is all I can say.

New owner and property manager are completely rude and unprofessional. Insist that everything should be through text messages, barely answer calls, and refuse to meet in person. The Apartment I viewed is full of BAD repairs, mold, and animal feces, and they are unwilling to fix them, stating it’s livable. (It is not) Swear they cleaned carpets, but yellow comes up, and very clear dark spots all over. Walks full of spills, dirt and half patched holes. Cupboards covered in old food from previous tenants. Oven is almost pitch black from old baked on food. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
