Old with some issues but cheap rent. Staff has been very prompt with some issues, water leak from above apartment and air conditioning stop working! I have nothing but positive things to says about management responds.

I love Lakeshore Landing. Maintenance is awesome- my fridge broke and when they (promptly!) replaced it, they restocked my new fridge exactly as I’d had it. I’ve been here for almost a year and a half and have felt safe and comfortable the whole time!
