Apartments nice , air just wasn’t working when I moved in and minor things but other than that it’s nice I love it Update 7/27/19 I love my apartment so far they did come out and put in a window unit until they fix the issue . The issue is now fixed thank God and Brittany called and check daily seemed like to make sure the issue has been resolved. It is so peaceful and quite here. I absolutely love coming home from work

Lived here for almost 3 years and here are my honest reviews. - Location: Right next to a gym, nail shop, a park, restaurants, and Kroger is within walking distance. Really quiet and safe neighborhood. Great place to raise kids. The apartment is also a voting precinct so in election days it’s easy for me to walk over rather than drive long distance (I’m from a rural county). There are also police officers living here along with night patrols which makes it even safer. - Management: My favorite part. Kerri was the previous manager and she was relatable and made us feel secure in any issue. Samantha, current manager, is the same. Always available to answer questions and get things done - Maintenance: our experience has been great. Mr. Eddie always goes above and beyond to fix any issue we have. We usually put in a request online via the portal. I understand some folks have mixed reviews which is understandable and I believe management is doing their best to hire more staff. If I ever feel like it’s taking longer than usual to resolve my issue I just kindly send a follow up or reach out to management Cons: They do not have a 3 bedroom. Otherwise, I would renew 3 more years if I could.
