After only just a year of living here, I can whole-heartedly say that the staff working here are some of the most helpful and genuine people I have ever encountered in my years of renting. Both Katie and Susan in the front office are so personable and willing to help you with anything that you might need on-property, and it just makes the experience of living here feel more at home. More so, whenever there is an issue, both staff and maintenance are extremely prompt with handling issues as they arise and are great with communicating to their residents at all times. The property itself has a great atmosphere for people who like a quiet neighborhood experience, and we love having our place overlooking the charming pond! I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants a calm renting experience in a quiet corner of Ridgeland.
