There have been multiple break-ins, fires set in the stairwells, and unhoused individuals camping in the stairwells and on the fire escapes. The main doors don’t shut or lock consistently so packages are often stolen. Management has been completely unresponsive about these issues. The maintenance team continues to be great at responding and helping where they can, but Boutique management staff seem to care less about the safety of the building. It’s sad and frustrating to be ignored by management. I would not recommend living here.

I scheduled a showing and no one showed up, no one answered the line. Bullet dodged if a showing can’t even be met I can only imagine if I lived here. Best of luck.
