Common laundry room with two dedicated bike storage racks. I care about the spaces I have created and high attention to was paid to details. I work hard to keep spaces clean and tenants happy. Building has great and respectful tenants. Conveniently located near main bus lines and pink line EL stop at Ashland. Also, Thalia Hall just down the block as well as Spoke and Bird bakery located next door. I am looking for the right tenant to occupy this nice space. Cats are okay. Sorry no dogs. |
