I came home today to find my AC unit not working. Within an hour, if that long, Johnny was here and is my new hero! He switched out a bad capacitor and changed out my AC filter, and my apartment is quickly cooling off. Can't thank you enough, Johnny!!! Blair .. you've truly got a rock star on your staff! Thank you SO much for the prompt service. I'd give more stars if I could :)

I had one of the best maintenance men ever come over and fix my bathroom sink. It was leaking really bad and I couldn't figure out why or how the first time he was going to come over. I informed him I had to go do it the store so he waited until I got back so I can ask questions. This guy's name was Johnny. She was really good, sweet guy, kind-hearted and willing to answer any questions I had . And he had it fixed and reasonable time, and he made sure that I did not have To use it for anything, before he started working on it. He was so caring trustworthy, and he waited for any question I had. He answered all questions I had. He was a really good guy. I think he deserves at least a $3 raise. I truly believe people like Johnny are the ones that make it worthwhile. I'm running and not having a house. That way, people like Johnny can come and help you fix things that are broken. If I ever have another problem, I'll be sure to ask for Johnny because I like him and he's a good responsible, reliable trustworthy person and he will talk to you if you want to talk.
