With the official start of Summer approaching, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the entire team at NV. Since the arrival of Jessica as our new manager, the building has undergone a major overhaul in both everyday efficiency and the positive vibes that are permeating the property. It’s a pleasure to live here and have a great group of dedicated people ensuring that the tenants and our constant requests are attended to in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. From the concierge to the maintenance group that work behind the scenes to keep the building sparkling, to Dario in the Leasing Office, BLT has shown that they will bring the right pros in to help keep NV a hidden gem at Harbor Point. Keep up the great work, and wishing my fellow neighbors a fun-filled Summer!

My partner and I recently moved to Stamford from San Diego, CA with our two dogs. NV has been so accommodating for the 4 of us. The building is very pet friendly and in a safe/beautiful neighborhood. We've been here around 1 month and so far no complaints at all! Shay who works the front desk is so charming and sweet. Steve who works in the leasing office is absolutely wonderful as well! Everyone has been very welcoming.
