Emerald Gardens has been nothing but good for us. We are getting ready to move into our first home, and have enjoyed our 1.5 years here. Everybody is very friendly, the neighborhood is safe, and it is a pet friendly area. The staff is very helpful and have always been very nice to us no matter what we needed! The new club house is very nice and clean and the gym was very convenient to have attached. I have recommended EG to a few friends as well and would continue to do so for anybody else who needs a place to live.

My boyfriend and I lived in Emerald Gardens for a little over a year and wouldn't have moved if we didn't purchase a house. The complex is pretty close to downtown and not too far from Robinson for shopping. It's definitely one of the more affordable apartment complexes for what you get. We got our first puppy in Emerald Gardens and it was a great place to raise him - especially with the socialization he got from the dog park. After moving out, I was concerned for small damages after seeing reviews from years ago on here (obviously there are 2 sides to every story though). They charged us a very fair amount for the damage caused and I'm so thankful that they didn't try to nickel and dime me like other apartment complexes tend to do. We will continue to recommend Emerald Gardens to anyone looking for a home in the area :)
