I've been living here for a week, and everything has been spot on so far! The office staff are beyond friendly and patient. The rent is reasonable. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and safe. It's in a nice, tucked-away location that's not right on Apalachee Parkway. My neighbors are very friendly too! My kitty and I love it here. Things they could improve: - They need to hire more maintenance staff. They have one excellent, hard-working guy, but he's stretched too thin trying to care for this entire complex by himself. - There is only one dumpster at the far northeast corner of the property, and there doesn't seem to be any way to recycle.

Honestly, the best experience. The maintenance and leasing agents are honestly some of the best that I have experienced while being in Tallahassee. They’re nice and all problems/concerns are addressed very quickly.
