The units in this building are spacious, bright, and overall nice. Not really any amenities except for a small basic gym room and a cute rooftop in an elevator building. Love my apartment, however: Management (Green Property LLC) is unresponsive, nor do they care about how unhappy their tenants are when they do communicate. Issues take forever to repair, with some of my neighbors claiming it’s been over a year for some of their maintenance tickets. They also manage LaidLaw Lofts so if you want to see more reviews of this management take a look at theirs also.
