A solid 5 stars!!! Sweetwater apartment has exceeded my expectations in terms of apartment living in the few months we have lived here. I feel so at home it's unreal, this community is really worth its value, and it's location. Schools are supper close for convivence and they are top notch schools from elementary to High school with really nice and passionate about their students. We have a 2bed/2bath on the 3rd floor with a corner view it's really nice and has good space for the cost. Dose have an elevator for convenience for those who do not want to use the stairs. The property is maintained meticulously from lawn care to power washing - it's nice to see it taken care of! Any issue we've had, the maintenance team is so helpful and communicates via call updates (had an issue with dryer not hooked up right and they came right away.) I couldn't recommend this hidden gem more. It's 10 minutes from everything yet feels so residential. I also have to recommend the leasing office so helpful and on top of there game. They are all so sweet and make sure you feel right at home and take care of anything you need. 10/10 property to call your next home with great amenities and great views. Also not to mention Smoke Free Property. Extra bonus!!!!! Thanks Sweetwater for the perfect home.

I recently had the pleasure of moving to Sweetwater Apartments, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I moved in, it was clear that Sweetwater Apartments is a top-notch community. The apartments themselves are beautifully maintained, with modern finishes and a layout that maximizes comfort and functionality. What truly sets Sweetwater Apartments apart, though, is the exceptional management team. The staff are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to the needs of residents. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the management team consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my living experience was nothing short of excellent. The sense of community is strong here, and it's clear that the management takes pride in fostering a welcoming and well-maintained environment. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy a comfortable living space and benefit from outstanding management, Sweetwater Apartments is definitely the place to be. Highly recommend!
