This young lady is totally off the chain with renting someone somewhere to live.Ms. Kendra makes it so easy to get an apartment. Kendra was very professional and she worked very hard to place us in our new home and I really appreciate her for that. Kendra needs a metal of honor. Thanks so much Kendra for your hard work.

I want to take some time to tell you about what one of your employees (Pedro Martinez) did for me last night (11/20/21). When I got home last night, I discovered that I had no power in my Apartment. Fortunately, I got to the office 3 minutes before they closed. I walked in and told one of your employees that I had no power in my Apartment. Pedro heard me say that and went to my Apartment to check it out. I was having trouble trying to connect to TXU Energy on my Iphone. Pedro allowed me to sit in the office (even though it had closed), to try to connect to TXU. Finally, I was able to let TXU that I had no power in my Apartment. Not only did Pedro allow me to sit in the office and use his phone (since he connected to TXU before I did), he insisted on staying with me until I was told what would be done to restore my electricity. I was on the call with TXU for around 1 hour, and, after hearing me say that I had just put my dinner on the counter of my Apartment, Pedro went to my apartment and brought me my food. He heated my dinner up on the office microwave, and insisted (yet again), that he would stay with me until the issue was solved.
Finally, TXU told me that they would reconnect the power to my Apartment within an hour. So, finally (after about an hour or so), Pedro was able to finally go home. I want to let you know that Pedro went over and beyond to help me through this issue. He could have just told me to call TXU and then leave, BUT, he insisted that he would stay with me until I had an answer regarding my Apartments electricity. Pedro Martinez is a FANTASTIC employee. He showed that he cared about my problem, and that he would help me through the process of regaining my electricity. It would have taken me much longer to solve the issue had he not helped.

I have been living here for a little over a year. I was a bit skeptical at first after reading negative reviews but had to get into a place since i was moving from out of state for work. the move in process we super simple. from day one they have been very helpful ( i thought the water in the showers didn't work... I then learned from maintenance how to turn on the faucet haha). over the summer out AC went out and i was shocked that someone was out to look at it in under two hours. he figured out that it needed a new unit and he said he wouldn't be able to get the new unit until monday, this was saturday night mind you. but he didn't just leave us hanging, he was back in about 15 minutes with a window unit to keep us cool for the weekend. first thing monday... boom he had the new unit installed and even stayed to make sure the temp in our home was going down. this has been the only issue we have ever had and they knocked it out of the park. Raquel in the office is always so sweet and has been nothing but helpful. every time i go into the office the staff is always smiling.

We’ve been living in these apartments for about two months now, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! The apartments are beautiful, the parking lot is always clean, and the staff is incredibly accommodating. A special shout out to Raquel and Linda at the front office, the office managers, as well as to their maintenance team!
The spaciousness of our two-bedroom unit has been perfect for my family, especially coming from a smaller one-bedroom apartment. You’ll get a chance to live in an updated beautiful place, with a team that truly supports you, hears you, and does everything they can to accommodate you.
We did encounter a couple of challenges when moving in, but the management team worked hard to resolve them. Everyone on the Sagamore Team were proactive about fixing our air conditioning. Our air wouldn't get past 81 degrees during the hot day. Sagamore did everything they could to get us a cooler unit and provided us with window units in the meantime until they could fix it. They had to order a part for the air conditioner, which took some time, but after the maintenance team replaced the part, our apartment remains super cold. Don't even have to turn it below 77 degrees or its too cold!
Also, when we discovered a few bugs in our initial unit, they quickly arranged for us to move to a different apartment in a completely new building, which showed us how much they cared about our comfort. To be honest, all apartments have this issue. Just depends if you are lucky enough to get into a unit thats surrounded by clean neighbors or not. It’s a gamble. When we moved into our other unit, we did see some, it was nothing like what we saw in the other unit, but that problem was quickly fixed and we have not seen one since we moved in to our new unit.
Overall, the staff truly goes way way above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a great place to live that's decently priced, and a team that will support you through and true!

I want the property management/ owners to know what a gem they have in Ms. Raquel. She took over when the previous staff dropped the ball several times. Jennifer and Raquel went over and beyond to ensure our concerns were top priority. I hope the owners /management realize that these 2 ladies addition to the staff was the best decision they made. Kudos .

I love my apartment. It is quiet and clean. The maintenance is well kept. But the cherry on top is my leasing agent Kendra. She is informative and has great customer service. She responds and remembers to follow up. I would give Sagamore a 12 out of 10.

Sagamore has been a treat to move into! The staff and community are super supportive - they are turning around a complex that has been around for a long time with lovely, polite, and kind neighbors and giving it a fresh look in 2024. I’m super please after moving here and anytime we’ve ever brought up a concern, they have handled it promptly and with care. The move in special was awesome, thank you Sagamore team for all you do!
I've lived at Sagamore apartments for almost 3 years now and Raquel has been super helpful in my process of trying to downsize my unit in the middle of my lease, looking forward to living here another year :)
