I have been living with Skyview since 2013 and I have upgraded my apartment twice. Kelly and the staff are amazing to work with if you have an issue they immediately send someone to handle the problem. The units have been remodeled with new cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator and black stove a plus when u have messy kids. The units are beautiful and I enjoy living here everyday. Great neighbors as well. If your considering a move come check out skyview.

First of all, idk who hired Jordan but y’all did y’all’s THANG!! He is honestly amazing! I applied a few months ago while I was pregnant but my income wasn’t enough so I was denied. I applied again last week and got approved today! He legit worked with me patiently every time I contacted him. His whole ora made me want to come back and apply again! Thank you soooo much Jordan for being honest, for keeping your word, and for doing your job with a smile. They need more people like you.

Beautiful cozy renovated apartment. Excepts cmha any type of HUD vouchers, must pass criminal back ground check, not taking low income individuals or families, approved tenants must show 3x income. Doesn't except third party payments. Management is excellent and accurate on bug treatments. While I lived there I had no problems with mice . Small amount of roaches only near sink when d sink was full of dishes!!! No nosey neighbors. The property felt safe quiet n well lit up at night. Unit had front and back door and washer and dryer inside unit.The property was farely clean. The property allows pets! No trash outside or near dumpsters on ground. The air conditioner had a jingle but worked amazing. I loved the apartments. I bombed my unit after moving in. I spent $100. I had no problems afterwards of any ants. Spiders. Bedbugs. Mites. Ticks etc. The property is a historical complex in renovation. Ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms but did not fall through. Management precise about keeping a clean complex. Tenant will be docked a fee. Tenants who don't keep a clean house has trash cans full of trash in kitchen day after day sends reviews about mice. I never saw any mice. All appliances were in great condition, garbage disposal worked amazing. New toilet , all outlets worked, no mold . Im guessing I got into one of the better units. I definitely would live here again! By far one of the top tier apartment complexes I've encountered in the city of Columbus. Close to grocery stores, resources and recreation center with pool. I enjoyed watching 🎆 🎇 fireworks and block party's held from my apartment location. The police station is up the street. I heard of a shooting but my apartment was so cozy I heard no shooting take place. The apartment complex is big . Not a gated complex ? Or one way in or out....Which is top tier.... From my knowledge in the past years ago the drama,violence And tenant activity by running down the apartments in reality made the place by far one of the hardest places to live. I applaud management for the hard work. Keep doing what your doing! I know it's tough SkyView management. Thank you Issac and Patrice for looking out for me and Jordan n Bebe! I give five STARS......
