I've lived at Willow Ridge apartments and I've really enjoyed my time here. The apartments are of good size for the price and the property manager is great! Maintenence was good and responsive to my few requests. The location to the mall, food, shopping is prime as well.

I moved here 2yrs ago because it's in a quiet area, but close to some shops, the property was well kept and clean, most residents on website reviews had comments about being here for 4 years or more (low turn over), there was a mix of professionals, families, and retirees, neighbors were pleasant and the manager was so nice! It's an older property, yes. But they installed new windows in all the buildings just before I moved in...they were actually doing it during my tour lol. There seemed to be seasonal maintenance on the roofs and around the building as well. Like i said, the property was well kept and I as a details person I appreciated that the manager Ann could tell me appliances in the unit had last been replaced and if they were due to be replaced. Any issues I had here were rare and addressed without a problem. My interactions with staff has been pleasant as well! I would've stayed another year but I'm planning on buying house soon so it's time to downsize and I wanted to be closer to family. Thank You!
