Glenwood Avenue has become the focus for the City of Minneapolis to build out in the next upcoming years, and here is why: It is minutes from Hwy 55 and Interstate 394, while a few extra minutes in the car will run you into both Downtown and Uptown. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit has its original, yet freshly refinished, beautiful hardwood floors. Both bedrooms are sizeable, along with a large living room space. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a DISHWASHER, and the cabinets were replaced a few years ago. Best of all, there is a completely fenced-in backyard, perfect for your furry loved ones. This is hard to find in Minneapolis. You will appreciate this in the winter when you can let them out in a safe, fenced yard! Pets are welcome!! Tenant pays $85/mo for water, sewer, trash and recycling plus electric and gas directly to the provider. Landlord covers lawn care and snow removal. Lastly, there is laundry on-site so no need to find a laundromat! Pets are welcome with a $350 nonrefundable fee for both cats and dogs in addition to $30/mo for pet rent. We have no breed restrictions or weight limits, so feel free to bring your furry friends to live with us! We can't wait to show you this space, connect with us today!
