The Olive Branch Apartments are conveniently located close to many stores, including Hong Kong Market, and is only minutes away from the amazing and peaceful Huntington Library in San Marino, and sits directly across from the ritzy San Gabriel Country Club. An abundance of restaurants, shops and unique places guarantee you'll never run out of things to do. This 29-unit building has two levels and is comprised of one, two and three bedroom apartments, ranging from 570-1778 square feet in size. Some apartments have an additional half bathroom. Rents range from $1,600-$2,700 and a security deposit of equal to one month's rent is required for moving in. Each apartment has air conditioning and heat, ceiling fan, dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas stove and newly upgraded vinyl flooring. There is carport parking onsite with a minimum of one reserved space per apartment. The property is fully gated and has a beautiful swimming pool in the heart of the lush courtyard with café tables and umbrellas.
