Based upon the outcome of this scoring model, Falcon Landing Luxury Apartments can request an Applicant pay between $350 dollars and/or a full month’s rent for the holding/security deposit. This security deposit would be in addition to any other requested pet, cleaning, and/or other deposits. Each Applicant or individual over the age of 18 must provide a copy of their Driver's License, Social Security Card, and 3 most recent paycheck stubs (or proof of source of income). Our pet deposits are $200 each nonrefundable, per pet. We have a $25 per rent added per dog, and $15 per cat. We do have breed restrictions, which include Akita, Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Dog (French, American, Terrier), Mastiffs (Bull, Neapolitan, Tibetan), German Shepherd, and Great Danes. Also, all pets must be under 45 pounds. Management and owner reserve the right to approve or deny any pets on property.
