Very friendly and helpful office staff. Grounds were very well kept! Loved my unit. I moved in after a "long time" tenant left. It was updated accordingly and anything I questioned was taken care of almost immediately. I would highly recommend living there to anyone. Let Irene, Linda, Melanie or the rest of the office staff give you the keys to your "new home"! Good luck!

I lived at Avalon for 3.5 years and loved it every single day. The staff were always easy to work with and took care of every maintenance need immediately. During my time there, they upgraded my HVAC unit to an energy efficient model that saved me a ton in electricity bills. They keep the place updated and clean. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond. My neighbors were friendly and I felt safe. We received notices on our door well in advance of any planned maintenance or needs to access my apartment. There are community contests for holiday decorations also. I lived right above the pool and tolerated a lot of loud neighbors, but when it became excessive, they took care of it by posting security for a few days. The community is gated, but not without security issues. My car was broken into once and when I reported it, they posted notices on everyone’s doors to watch out for each other and we didn’t have any more issues that I know of. I’m going to miss Avalon!
