Really happy with my new apartment. I'm the first one to live in the unit since the renovation. Granite countertops, new appliances, gas stove, new light fixtures, new floors. They also just completely renovated the pool. Lindsay is very responsive to texts and emails and always makes sure you are satisfied.

Terrible experience with the air conditioning maintenance service. They arrived early in the morning to check the unit and told me they would return later to fix it. Since I had to go to work, I left a family member in charge of waiting for them. However, they never came back. I want to clarify that I have no issues with the condominium’s maintenance manager; they have always been reliable. The problem lies entirely with the air conditioning technician. My family member ended up waiting all day, unable to leave the house and wasting their time. They didn’t even bother to notify us that they wouldn’t return. This is incredibly disrespectful to residents and completely unprofessional. If they can’t fulfill their promises, the least they could do is communicate. A very frustrating experience that leaves a lot to be desired.
