This is a great location. As part of the staff, we see that tenants are given a great deal of respect. We take care of maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner. Unfortunately, some people when asked nicely not to disturb others after 10 pm at night, see the need to be unkind.

Claudette Hanllinan the property manger is not explicitly racist however she is explicitly discriminatory against poor people or anyone woking night shifts. She is attempting to evict us over fabricated evidence of noise complaints involving us coming home late from our night jobs. She is doing this so she can raise rents and maintain a "whites only" apartment complex, which is that, in everything but name only. Warning to POC, allies, or any proletarian/worker types who would move here, you will be singled out for having "loud footsteps" or "Voices we can here down the hall". I understand that being a 70+ year old white lady means that you have a bunch of inherent racial bias. However using those biases to make life hard for working people is what makes her happiest so, please, unless you are also a racist old white lady, do not move to Marshall House
