We absolutely love living at The Blair! It is a clean, friendly, and welcoming community. Michelle and the maintenance team make an effort to get to know you and have been an amazing help whenever we need it. Michelle goes above and beyond by letting out our puppy on days that we are gone for long hours. We are so happy with our choice of apartments!

The Blair Boutique Apartment's are absolutely remarkable im historic ole St.Paul--- very spacious, secured access, and it's a plus during those cold winter days....underground heated parking!! Five star affordable housing. Michelle is so essy to work with-- the whole team is friendly. The best part is it's a pet friendly community!!!
