The bedrooms were designed to take up a smaller footprint while having large glass windows to maximize living space and kitchen space and ultimately reduce rental costs. Amenities include Google Fiber Webpass, community barbeque and lounge space, available parking ($100/month) & storage units ($50/month). But most importantly, Cayuca offers a place to live with a smaller carbon footprint. Our spaces require less resources to build, heat and cool and solar provides much of the power needs.
