Riverstone apartments are nicely located. Diana and the staff of Riverstone have always been responsive, thoughtful, courteous and timely with any matters that come up through the leasing process. I would recommend Riverstone to anyone looking for a reasonable priced, safe place to live in Sacramento!

I lived in this complex for almost a year from April 2019 through end of March 2020. I had an outstanding experience living here. This was my first time renting an apartment and the service they provided was very warming, welcoming, professional, and friendly. I recommend this apartment complex if anyone is looking for highly committed staff, this is your place. Deanna was highly responsive to any questions I had, and the maintenance staff were quick to resolve any issues I had with the place. Overall, my stay here was stress free. I also felt very secure with the area—my neighbors were extremely friendly and nice. Thank you for taking care of me, Riverstone!
