Kenya and her team at Ashley Midtown are absolutely out of this world! My grandmother, Donna, moved to Ashley Midtown in 2018. All she ever talked about was how amazing everyone was, and how well-maintained the whole community was. Stanley and the maintenance crew always took good care of her needs, and that made her feel so good. The lawn care company is always there every week for upkeep. There is also a courtesy officer that works for SPD, and they keep things running smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about this place! She always told me that she would only leave that apartment head first, and would never move again. On December 18th 2022 she did just that, and unfortunately we lost her unexpectedly due to an aneurism. The office staff was shocked at her untimely death, and very compassionate. They were amazingly flexible in working with us on getting her unit emptied out. They waived any fees or charged that might be incurred, and we turned the unit back over in January of 2023. I can only hope that whoever took over 1506 Park Ave is enjoying it as much as my grandmother did. If you have any doubts about the integrity or structure of Ashley Midtown, you can put those to rest. Hands down the best place we have had the pleasure of being with.

I absolutely LOVE the office staff. They were very professional and attentive to my needs and requests. They made my whole moving experience very smooth and I would advise anyone who is looking for their next apartment home to start here first!
