The building was built in 1955 and is located in School District 11. Rent includes water, sewer, and trash while the tenant is responsible for electric and gas. We will allow cats in the property, unfortunately we will not allow dogs. Cats need to be 1 year old or older. There is an additional $300 deposit per pet and an additional $35 monthly charge per pet added to rent. Pets will have to be up to date on their shot records.
