Holly is absolutely amazing and I think you would be hard pressed to find such a wonderful, hardworking, caring apartment manager. She worked with me on multiple avenues to ensure that my application and move in experience was super easy and smooth. The apartment looks good. There are a couple small things that still need done and maintenance was already in today getting those last few things completed. The reviews about her are what brought me to this apartment complex in the first place and I couldn’t be happier. She also came over to greet my dogs when we were moving in. Best move in experience I’ve ever had and I look forward to my time here.

The last year at Westwood has been the best out of the time I've spent here. Holly has been a fantastic manager and is constantly upgrading the property. She's always available to address any issues and holds community events, such as book fairs for the children in the complex. Steve in maintenance has also been wonderful, he keeps the grounds tidy and tends to work orders with haste. The property itself is older than some of the other complexes in West Des Moines but all the renovations have kept the place feeling very modern. The pool is a nice bonus amenity. When you consider the price and location this is one of the best deals in the metro.
