I’m currently looking to move back to Texas . A girlfriend of mine lives in Garland . Wanting to be close to friends I started looking at apartments. I flew out in August to look at properties. I looked a few but nothing impressed me more than Berkshire Spring Creek . It checks all my boxes in terms of needs and wants . The property is beautiful and kept extremely clean . The office staff is super friendly. The property manager Jacque Davis was amazing and patient . She understood my wanting to move from out of state can be tricky . She personally walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and eased my anxiousness . Let’s cross our fingers I get the job I applied for so I can move back .

We’ve been living here at Berkshire for about 3 years it’s been amazing. The maintenance (Adrian) is my favorite person. Ana is very professional. I would also like to thank A.Cunningham for helping with renewing our lease. I love how big the apartment are. Before I moved into Berkshire Springs I was staying in the Mansion while they were being built, also the Towers were being built, they were sold to Berkshire, so I’ve been staying over in this area almost 5,6 years. These are the largest apartments in this area, the bedrooms are large, kitchen, living room and dining room. I do wish we had storage space in the apartment. Also it would be nice to not receive so many emails and if so. If you’re going to send emails it would be nice to send emails regarding your license plates renewal because people get busy with work and home life, before towing our cars. Sometimes people feel as though they’re at home on private property. That would keep people from being so angry. I also would like the trash to be picked up on the weekend because people are home. I also think it would be nice to know who your neighbors are for safety reasons. Those are just a few of my thoughts. Overall this is a great place to live, Ms Jacque runs a very successful business. I like to thank all the wonderful people that work here, some I’ve gotten to meet and maybe our meet others.
