Property is very well maintained. Maintenance calls are addressed quickly. Staff is very friendly. There were a few vehicle break ins during my time here and the pools temp was a bit too warm for me. But overall had a great experience here.

My leasing agent, Sarah,. Amazing. Top line customer service all the way from the manager, the assistant manager and the other leasing agent whose name escapes me. The property is beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. I have zero complaints about this place. The Move in experience Has been under Amazing.

33Hundred is a beautifully established community with nice finishes and great amenities! Kelsie the property manager is exceptionally sweet and takes great care of the community! The maintenance is very efficient, timely and respectful! It is also very close to the Domain and a short drive to downtown. I highly recommend!

I love my apartment! The maintenance here is spectacular, there’s cute baby bunnies living among the parking lots that don’t interfere with anything. I’ve recommended friends that have moved here and loved their experience. The gate always works. Good internet speeds. Amazing and well thought out apartment floor plan layouts. I wish I could take the appliances with me from how well they work. Don’t know what else you could ask for.

I enjoy living at 300 apartments. The management and maintenance team are superb. The maintenance team is especially on top of things, and I never have to worry if something is going to get fixed in a timely manner. I love the location because it's near everything.
