I’ve been living at Pier 5350 Apartments for some time now, and while we’ve encountered a few concerns, particularly with plumbing, I’m incredibly impressed by how swiftly and professionally the property management team and OTIS the new Maintenance Manager has handled everything. The communication has been prompt and well-documented through clear email exchanges, ensuring issues were addressed quickly. The sales team and management are a diverse, collaborative, and wholesome group of people. If one person isn’t available to help, another steps in seamlessly. This teamwork and dedication keep the property running effectively and efficiently. I truly appreciate the effort and care they put into maintaining a great living experience for all residents. Highly recommend!
