I lived here for about 2 1/2 years and was sad to leave! The renovated apartments, pool, leasing office, and sidewalks were a luxury! My apartment was very spacious for a one bedroom with lots of room for storage. The staff in the leasing office was always very friendly and made me feel at home, always greeting me by name! Even when I moved out I accidentally sent a package to my old apartment and they kept it safe for me until I was able to pick it up. Beth, the manager, is one of the best-I can’t say enough nice things about her! She is on top of the community making sure everything is clean and safe for the residents. I definitely recommend living here!

I lived at South Beach, left, and moved back because it is an awesome place to live. Beautiful apartments (very modern), well-maintained grounds, and gated which is great for safety. Trash service nightly on weekdays. Pool is a salt pool so no chlorine burn. Amazon hub is nice and convenient for packages. Most importantly, the staff is AMAZING!! Paulina is the best! She is super friendly, has helped countless times, and is just an all-around fabulous person. Steve with the maintenance team is also fantastic. He is wicked friendly and efficient when you need maintenance. I love this community!
