I’m surprised by all the negative reviews so I’ll put in my opinion! I’ve lived with habitat management twice and both years were seamless. The one real issue I had was packages getting stolen but Karen promptly took care of this by ordering a secure package setup and the theft stop! Every maintenance issue I had was resolved day of or by the next day. maintenance men were SO kind and always said hello with a big smile. Cleaning staff comes daily to clean hallways and other areas so its always fairly spotless. :) My car got broken Into once I think… but to be fair- that’s a know risk of living downtown. There’s always securty driving around to try to lessen the risk, but things happen. You will find this to be an issue most places downtown. As a single female living alone I always felt very safe at Frieght- i was always taking my dog out to potty from the second I woke up to 3 am and never was scared. I NEVER encountered any weird people on the property. As for cons I’d say to be wary if you’re someone who needs an elevator as there’s often issues with that, but the stairs are always available. next to that I have witnessed security sitting on their phones for hours at a time which is a little aggravating however, this was more rare Sad to see the comments about karen as she was incredibly kind to me from the day she started working so please consider that before writing Freight off. I personally believe a lot of your experience with other people is dependent on how you treat them…. Most neighbors I know from frieght extended their lease and I would’ve too if I wanted to stay a city girl I would recommend freight (or Kabin) to anyone:)

Lived at freight residences for 2 years and absolutely loved it! The apartments are very large and provide great lighting for the price. The community is quiet while still being close to the city and the views are unobstructed. Would have stayed there longer if we didn’t move of the state. Management and maintenance were great and easy to respond with!
