Beautiful Addison Place!!! Beautiful place to live, very good schools and excellent location. I was shaving issues the last months, but then Anna the new Manager came and was just magic. She was able to understand my concerns and solve my issues with patience, professionalism, respect and always with a great smile. She is simple amazing, I am very glad we have her in the property! Also, I have to mention that I had the pleasure of meeting Natalie, she came from Virginia, she was very friendly, nice and experienced with solving issues. I am pretty sure that she is very valuable in her property, they are very lucky. The days that I was visiting the office also was Alverine, very kind and always worried of attending everyone in the office waiting area. She was always smiling and willing to help. I can’t finish this review without mentioning Luis from maintenance, he is outstanding! Always helping in a fast and professional manner any type of inconvenience. He is very respectful and know what he is doing. He is the best maintenance that I see in the property since I am here, very lucky of having him here! Overall, I can say that they all have an amazing customer service, respectful, kind and professionals. Looking forward to keep renewing in this beautiful property. My daughters enjoy to play in the playground, go to the pool, walk by the lake and play in the shared patio with all the kids from the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking by the condo and going to the pool and gym.

The service here is amazing! Me and my wife had a water leak in our apartment and the maintenance technician Angel was here right away to help fix the issue! We’ve had a couple issues in the apartment and Angel is always here to help fix the problem. He always checks back to see if everything is well. Highly recommend Addison Place Apartments :)
