At American Can, we understand that your four-legged friend is a part of the family. That’s why we’re proud to offer pet-friendly apartment homes. While our community does welcome your pet, we do have weight limits and breed restrictions. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, and all “mixes” of the above breeds.
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. The maximum weight limit is 75lbs. Breed restrictions apply. Please call for complete pet policy information.

I recently toured with Bethany at American Can and was very impressed! She had an answer to all of my questions and knew everything about the floor plans. The pool is AMAZING! I can definitely see myself laying out there.

Recently toured the renovated units and was very impressed. Everything looked so clean and expensive. The Manager Nick showed us around and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Will be nice knowing he’s there during our lease to help out.
