Mark has been such a wonderful help getting my mother in law moved in! He's thorough, kind, and worked extra hard to get her moved in, in a very quick manner. It's been a pleasure to work with him and I know my mother in law will be well taken care of by the way we see him interact with other residents that live here.

I've been living here for a few months and I'm impressed with it so far. We had some problems with our washer when we moved in. We let maintenance know about the issues. They came out looked at it and decided it was best to get a new one installed. The wait was about a week and in the meantime they were pretty good about letting us know what was going on. We also had a new screen door put in and had our food disposal replaced. Dale did all of the work and was friendly, helpful, and respectful everytime he came to our apt. The grounds are kept up and there's no sign of people who don't live here creeping around. It feels like a safe place to live.
