This building is just steps away from the popular Fassler Hall, Plaza Court, the Shops on Walker, Midtown Mutts dog park, Innovation District, and Automobile Alley. There is an additional $100/mo fee for water & a portion of the electricity which is not included in the advertised rent price. As part of our efforts to be green, this building has a very efficient heat and air conditioning system. The equipment gains its efficiency in part because it is shared among all tenants. Because of how the system is engineered, your electric bill will come in two parts. One part will be from OG&E and one part will be from us. When you combine these two bills, it would be less or comparable to an electric bill that you would have at a ‘normal’ apartment.
