I lived at LOI in 2021 and can honestly say this is the best property I have ever lived in. I’ve lived in London, Barcelona, Paris, Dallas and plenty of other big cities in my life and can say for certain that the lofts on Ionia is the best out of all of them. From the staff to to the amenities, everything is top notch and if you decide to live here, you will be more than taken care of.

I love the location and the apartment is pretty nice. Maintenance guys are usually very responsive. However, the front office does not respond to any concerns. They only will speak to you if they are trying to get you to sign a lease (if you can slip your concern in prior to signing everything, they might respond to you about it). After that, it's like they don't exist. Working with them and the company they hired to handle the damages from the fire was one of the worst experiences I've ever had working with any company, leasing or otherwise. Also, do not listen to them on any recommendations they have for insurance. They do not know what they are talking about and will drive you into debt to save themselves a few dollars.
