The 1st time I can confidently give a Five star. It was the newer maintenance guy, tall and dark who came up to my apartment right as I was heading to work. Didn’t catch his name. He replaced my oven knobs, he has my sliding door now sliding the way it should. There were a few things I put in my order and he completed it all. I had a couple things I had to rig up myself because it was never fixed the correct way when maintenance would come up. This maintenance guy fixed those. I do have a few other things I’ve mentioned over the past 3/4 years, now I may actually put in another maintenance request for those and hope I get this guy to come up. He seems to know what he’s doing take pride in his work. Perhaps the difference may be that I actually go down to the office and tell them my maintenance request and this time I went through the portal to report my request. I don’t know but the kids and I were very happy and pleased when I got home from work. We noticed the changes. Thanks!

The staff at Wellington Ridge are down-to-Earth, friendly, and professional. As soon as they found out I had an AC issue on these hot summer days they responded and replaced my older unit with a brand new one that cools efficiently. I can now enjoy the beautiful, serene view in total comfort.

I am not usually one to even write reviews, but want to modify the above. Prior to living in this apartment building, I had been fraudulently sold a toxic, previously condemned but not fixed house as livable, our next rental in Saint Paul was run by a slumlord and made one of my children so sick and in neurological pain he had to be hospitalized on-and-off for IV pain relief, our next rental, same city, the landlord was gone for the coldest part of the winter 2 or 3 winters in a row and each time the furnace broke down and we had to dress as if we were in a frozen tundra until he returned (I couldn't afford big bills as still a single mom). Our final rental, again in Saint Paul, was also toxic. St. Paul inspection after inspection, I told the fire inspector of the water stains in the ceiling and each time I was blown off. Finally a portion of my ceiling came down on my face, black mold everywhere. By that point I was not waking up on my own it was making me so sick.
We moved out here and while I can be vocal here at times, it is because I don't feel hopeless. I know that if I say something it will be taken care of. It had been YEARS since I lived in an in-tact, non-toxic home, which I have here at Wellington Ridge. It has been a place that for several years now, I have worked on healing from injuries of the past, and am so grateful for that, for their responsiveness and the extra touches. I won't be back online because here I can contact them and something will be done, the opposite of what I was used to coming here. Beautiful neighbors, responsive company, proximity to everything I need.

Had an AC set up to be installed at noon, installer missed the time memo so he came ealy and no one was home. I infomed office shortly after noon (no one showed up). To my shock a 23 year old lady from the office had the AC unit at my door less than 20 mins later.
I was locked out, and he came and rescued me at 4:00 in the morning, awesome dude, he deserves a raise!!

i love the apartment and i want to thanks to maria sperry , she help me through almost everything and she answer every question i had from her and she’s very kind. Hopefully they have light outside and camera outside soon.
I have been living here 3 years, there has been quite a few change in management and in staff. But Wellington Ridge has hit their highest mark with their current management team! Well I don’t know if they are still new, Kirstin became interim manager for my move in process, and did what she could to get me in that Nov. before the snow hit! And Jennifer has been here 7 months now! What a complete turn around for that property! There were somethings that I really didn’t like with maintenance staff, but Jennifer has even corrected that, things have changed so much here. I dare anyone to try it again. It’s so much better! I am getting ready to move soon! But I am regretting with all of my heart to leaves these two caring ladies! Jennifer has the best customer service! She drops everything and comes to residents needs immediately! Now where can you find service like that except for a hotel! Try it, you will see just what I am talking about! 😃

After living here for about a month, I wanted to shout out the office team, and most notably Maria & Michael, for their continued efforts to make this place the best it can be & for providing top-notch customer service. They have an obvious care for the property & its residents, & that shines in every interaction with them. The property could certainly use some repair & updates but every minor issue we have stumbled upon with the property itself, Michael has swiftly remedied. He is polite, professional, efficient & very understanding of our rambunctious dog! Maria was prompt to respond to all of my questions, even though I probably asked the same ones a million times, & kept us updated throughout the entire move-in process. The property itself is kept clean and the amount of green space is awesome for my dog. They keep the lawn well-maintained & I have even seen Jeana out there pulling weeds to improve an area of the property. Overall, I can't say enough good things about the team, and I have felt very at home thus far!
