Wedgewood Park offers upgraded one, two and three bedroom apartments in Coon Rapids, MN. Updated units include quartz counter tops, shaker cabinets, spacious storage, a kitchen breakfast bar, energy efficient stainless steel appliances, and in-unit washer and dryers. Our community offers full amenities such as newly updated fitness center, party room and outdoor heated pool. NOTE: The price shown is Base Rent. Residents are required to pay: a one-time application fee ($50 per applicant), a one-time administration fee ($150 per unit), a one-time security deposit ($400 refundable), one-time new account fee ($10 per unit), one-time final account fee ($5 per unit), monthly utility administration fee ($4.25 per unit). If applicable, one-time refundable pet deposit ($150), one-time non-refundable pet fee ($150 per unit), monthly pet fee ($30 to $60 per unit), monthly garage rental ($95 per unit), monthly insurance premium ($10.75) and month to month premium fee monthly ($300). Utilities included in base rent: heat. Utilities not included in base rent: trash (varies based on usage ), electric (varies based on usage), and water/sewer (varies based on usage).

The amenities are amazing. They just did a remodel and it is beautiful here. Jan 15,2024. We are still at Wedgewood and still enjoying the living style this apartment provides. I hope that I can stay here at least 5 more years, maybe longer.

I recently moved into Wedgewood apartments with my two boys. My apartment is next to the lifts. This is lovely....you don't need to walk a lot to get in. Our experience has been great right from day one. The staff in the from office are kind, accomodative and always available. The maintainance team led by Tyler is great!.One of my stoves just stopped working but he replaced it within two days besides giving me all the tips of keeping it sparkling clean. Thank you so much Wedgewood staff!
