Morganne was absolutely the sweetest. She gave us a tour to the community and apartment. She answered all of my questions. I hope there will be an apartment available for when my lease is up. She went above and beyond for a possible future tenant.

Update. Things have gotten alot better. Response time is very good, maintenance has replaced two major appliances and I find them to be proactive and the arrogance that hovered the leasing office seems to be gone. Thank for guys for adapting to the environment .

Loved living here! The apartment we were in was beautiful and the grounds/buildings were well-maintained. It’s in a very safe area that is very walkable (as in walking for exercise) and family-oriented. Maintenance came quickly when we put in requests. Management was SO helpful when we were moving in, especially with all of our questions as first time renters! Loved that our unit came with a storage room AND a garage with no extra cost. My only tip is to watch out for ants if you have a unit with a fireplace! We were sad to leave but had to relocate for work. Would definitely recommend living here!

Excellent community, well kept and kind staff. I moved here based on reviews and they definitely were not wrong. The community is quiet and safe to walk through in the evening. We’ve only been here 1 month and so far still love it just as much as day 1. Digital communications from the office is convenient and informative, and the preferred employers discount is awesome!

Staff was friendly and quick to answer and questions and concerns. Handing over the keys was fast and easy. The apartment is clean and well maintained as promised. The area/neighborhood is quiet and safe. We're happy we chose Oaks Riverchase.
