Add to that our resort style pool, recently renovated fitness center, and upgraded apartment features, and you’ll have trouble deciding whether to spend your day out and about, or lounging poolside while grilling your favorite meal!

I toured 6464 and it was great! The property was very clean and their floor plans are a great size for the price. I would definitely recommend touring!

I am in love with my place. Since Day one everything went smoothly. My previous apartments had a fire which flooded out my unit. Unfortunately management could not place me in another unit and told me it would take weeks to fix my floors and drain out the water damage. I came to the Gables and Chasity was very sympathetic to my issue. Thankfully my previous apartments let me out of my lease and Chasity was able to get me in an available unit right away. I believe an apartment building is as nice as its management. They were so welcoming and empathetic to my situation. This is a perfect place to live. It’s away from Westheimer, very secure, quiet,clean and convenient to the grocery stores near by. I highly recommend this place. I’m very pleased.
