I've lived at Miami Bay waterfront midtown for a while now and I must say I do love living here! I lived all over Miami whenever I first moved here about five years ago! never felt like home until I moved here! I love all the amenities that this property has I never have to leave! the gym is amazing, my view is amazing, they have steam room and sauna, storage units! Park right next door for the pups I actually feel safe because there's a front gate and 24/7 security! always clean! the pool is beyond amazing with the view of the bay! The management staff on property are the sweetest people and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for their residents!

I moved in May 2021. My experience has been great. I have not had a problem in the apartment. The location is fantastic, the view is great and the apartment is beautiful. The distribution of spaces in the apartment is perfect. I used to live in a house and thought I was unable to place all my furniture in the apartment and obviously I was wrong. Paul and Michelle are very responsive and respectful. Excellent place to live. One thing I would improve is the visitors parking.
